Thank you for the thoughtful piece! There is this odd line between being safe and living that we all have to walk along.

I was homeschooled with my four siblings - we almost never left our backyard/house and didn't have many friends to visit/see. But even though we didn't go out much at all, playing with my siblings and just chilling/reading indoors with the family are some of my fondest memories.

Kids are really tough, in other words, and very adaptable. Who knows - they may also look back at this time with fondness.
