Ooooh this is so funny. I was hyperfocused on investing last year! I felt super sick and just couldn't look away from my phone. I'm not sure what helped me... but I know I'm not addicted to it anymore.
What helps me break away from a hyperfocus is wiggling my toes and just trying to get from my head to body. Just to be aware more of how I feel and how looking at that 'thing' isn't going to make me feel any better.
